Let's meet!
At our workouts three times a week, we support each other and make great friendships. You'll find us at The Villages Charter High School track* on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. To comply with Charter School security protocols, we ask newcomers to arrive at 7 a.m. The track is open only to Villages residents working out with our club, so bring your Villages I.D. and check in with Coach Rick Riddle. Drinking fountains and restrooms are available.
Warmups begin at 7:30 sharp and take about 20 minutes.
7 a.m. Gate open for arrivals; gate locked at 7:30.
7:30 a.m. Dynamic stretching, followed by workout
9 a.m. End of session
It's important to make sure you don't have any medical issues that would contraindicate running/walking or field events. We highly recommend seeking your primary care physician's approval of this program.
*Field event workouts take place at The Villages Polo Field and other venues that are not within the track facility. To learn more, send a message via our Contacts page.
HOW TO FIND US
The Villages Charter Schools' campus is centrally located along E. County Road 466. Our track encircles the high school football field, with parking on the southwest side. Parking lot entrance is just west of where Belvedere Boulevard meets Buffalo Trail.
