​We’re insanely lucky to have access to a superb running track and well-maintained jumping areas at The Villages Charter High School campus.

Each of us was once a beginner. We'll encourage you to start at a comfortable level and learn as you go. You might even surprise yourself. 
  • "Hey, it's fun to run fast!"
  • "Girls didn't compete in track when I went to school. Now's my chance." 
  • "I loved the challenge of racing when I was younger. Those were fun times."
  • "I've seen field events at the Olympics, but I never thought I'd get to try them."​
